AI Smart Nail Lamp Sample Units Are Here: Real Photos of the Matte White Shell and Purple Chrome Trim — and What Customization Really Costs
Our first production sample units of the AI Smart Nail Lamp are off the line — matte white shell, purple electroplated trim, the whole 5.5-inch touchscreen experience. Buyers keep telling us the same thing: real photos answer questions that renders can’t. So this update is built around the actual units, and around the customization questions almost every brand asks us first — how many units for a custom color, for a chrome trim color, for a silkscreened logo, for printed boxes.
Start branded from 300 units: silkscreen your logo on the standard colorway photographed here (matte white shell + purple chrome trim). From 500 units you can custom-match the shell color or the chrome trim color to your brand. Custom printed color boxes need about 500 boxes — for early orders we recommend shipping with our stock color box and multilingual manual first. White-label sample units ship from stock from 3–5 pieces, and a single evaluation unit is possible.
| What you customize | Minimum order | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Silkscreen logo + standard colorway | 300 units | Your logo silkscreened on the matte white shell with purple chrome trim, exactly as photographed |
| Custom shell color | 500 units | Matte or gloss shell matched to your brand color |
| Custom chrome trim color | 500 units | The electroplated decorative ring re-plated in your color |
| Custom printed color box | ~500 boxes | Print-ready artwork from your side; stock BeauTome box + manual available for early orders |
| White-label samples | 3–5 units | Shipped from ready stock; single evaluation units possible |
Why we’re showing you real photos, not renders
When brands evaluate a new salon device, marketing renders leave too much open: How does the surface actually feel? How tight are the seams? Does the plating look premium or plastic? A buyer told us recently, “I can judge a factory in one photo of a real unit.” Fair — so here they are. Every photo below is a production sample unit, photographed as assembled. Same tooling, same shell finish, same plating line as volume orders. We only resized the files.

Production sample, straight from the assembly line — soft matte white shell with the custom electroplated purple trim ring.
What you’re looking at, detail by detail
The matte white shell. A soft-touch matte finish that hides fingerprints and salon dust far better than gloss plastic — a practical choice for a tool that gets handled fifty times a day. Mold seams are tight, and the two-tone construction (matte body, glossy top panel) reads clearly at retail.
The purple chrome trim. That ring is not off-the-shelf decoration — it is a custom electroplated part, which is exactly the customization this article quantifies. If we can plate purple, we can plate your brand color from 500 units.

Top view: the 5.5-inch touchscreen runs one-tap mode keys — Base, High-Pigment, Extension, Top Coat, AI — and shows the live camera view of the nail bed framed by the dual LED arrays.
The touchscreen and camera view. The 5.5-inch HD panel supports 29 interface languages, so a multicultural salon team each runs the station in her own language. The screen you see is the live feed from the 2 MP camera: it locates the nails in about 0.2 seconds, and the 136 dual-band LEDs (365–370 nm + 395–400 nm) light zone by zone — only where the nail actually is. Because light is delivered to the nail area rather than flooding the whole hand, it reduces unnecessary light exposure of the surrounding skin — the reason salon clients report “no dark hands” after a full set. The curing light itself is the same UVA-band LED principle every mainstream gel system is formulated around; what this lamp changes is control. (We break that down in UV nail lamps vs the AI Smart Nail Lamp.)

Front: the chrome band wraps the silhouette; the hand slot stays generous.

The glossy top panel wipes clean in one pass — droplets bead straight off.

Compact 24 × 24 × 11.5 cm body — same table footprint as a standard lamp.
The customization ladder, explained
300 units — your logo, our colorway. If your goal is to test a branded AI lamp without committing to a bespoke industrial run, silkscreening your logo on the standard matte white + purple chrome unit is the lowest-risk branded entry. The hardware is identical to what you see here; only the logo step is added to production.
500 units — your color, inside and out. Shell color and chrome trim color are two separate customizations, each starting at 500 units. The purple trim in these photos proves the plating pipeline is already running custom work — matching a different brand color is a change of bath, not a change of factory.
Packaging — don’t let a color box delay your launch. Custom printed boxes carry a minimum around 500 boxes because of plate and print costs, and they add lead time. Our recommendation for first orders: ship with the stock BeauTome color box and multilingual manual, validate demand, then upgrade to your own printed packaging once the reorder is real. Many brands run their entire first season this way.
Standard configuration ships AC-powered without battery; a 6000 mAh rechargeable battery version is available on request. White-label units start at 3–5 pieces, so you can put a real unit on a real table before any branding decision.
The questions buyers actually ask
How many units do I need to start with my own logo?
Can I match my brand color on the shell or the chrome ring?
Do I need custom packaging from day one?
Can I see and test the unit before committing?
Will production units match these photos?
See it in person before you commit
