Consumer Grade Hard Wax
This entry-level hard wax is intended for home-waxing kit evaluation. Confirm the finished formula’s working temperature, application, removal behavior, instructions and area suitability before launch.

Consumer Grade Hard Wax Beans
Premium At-Home Hair Removal Solution
These consumer-grade hard wax beans can be evaluated for at-home product programs. Finished-formula performance and skin-related claims should be supported by defined testing.
Key Benefits:
- Natural ingredients enriched with vitamins E and A for skin nourishment
- Flexible polymer formula adheres to hair, not skin
- Low application temperature (comfortable at 55-60°C)
- No strips needed – hard wax formula peels off cleanly
- Skin suitability must be assessed for the finished formula and intended market

Four pack sizes, one formula
100 g, 300 g, 500 g and 1000 g unlabeled packs, shown filled with wax beads. Specify pack sizes, colors and labeling requirements in your quotation.
Simple At-Home Application
Achieve professional results with just three easy steps
Melt the Wax
Use the working range confirmed for the finished formula and verify wax temperature before application; the listed 55–60°C range requires product-specific validation.
Apply to Skin
Using a spatula, apply a thin layer in the direction of hair growth. Allow to cool for 20-30 seconds until tacky.

Remove & Reveal
Hold skin taut and remove wax against hair growth direction in one quick motion. Reveal smooth, hair-free skin.
ALL-PURPOSE
Evaluate the finished formula for flexibility, application, removal and area suitability. Do not assume one formula is appropriate for every body area or user.

EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)
A combination of ethylene and vinyl acetate (EVA copolymer) lends hard wax its ability to adhere to the hair and stay flexible so that it can be ripped in patches without the need for muslin strips. Without this ingredient, the wax would go brittle and crack after it’s dried instead of remaining pliable as it does.
Ingredients
Colophonium Glyceryl Rosinate, Paraffin Ethylene/Vinyl Acetate Copolymer Hydrogenated, Glyceryl Rosinate Cera Alba, Mineral Oil Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Shea Butter Parfum (CI60725, CI15850, CI77499, CI77891)

Benefits
Evaluate area suitability, hair-removal behavior and application protocol with the finished formula. Any skin, safety or cruelty-free claim requires appropriate supporting evidence.
The A2 ingredient list — every component, with its job
A2 is our consumer-grade hard wax: a classic rosin-based bead engineered for at-home users and entry salons. Nine core ingredients, eight optional colorants — percentages are formulation ranges per batch and shade.
| INCI name | Range | Function | What it does in the bead |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rosin | 15–50% | Thickener | Natural pine resin — the traditional backbone of peel-off wax. Delivers the grip that makes short-hair removal possible at home. |
| Glyceryl Hydrogenated Rosinate | 5–20% | Filmogen | Stabilises the film so the set wax peels in one piece instead of crumbling. |
| Hydrogenated Rosin | 5–20% | Filmogen | Hydrogenation makes the rosin lighter in colour and gentler on skin. |
| Ethylene/VA Copolymer | 5–18% | Adhesive | The elasticity agent — lets the strip flex around knees and ankles without cracking. |
| Cera Alba (Beeswax) | 2–10% | Softener | Natural wax that conditions the texture and keeps the bead from feeling brittle. |
| Paraffin | 10–30% | Adhesive | Controls melt behaviour so the wax warms quickly in small home heaters. |
| Mineral Oil | 1–6% | Humectant | A slip layer that reduces the tug feeling on removal. |
| CI 77499 (Iron Oxides) | 1–2% | Colorant | Cosmetic-grade iron oxide for deep, stable shades. |
| Parfum | 0.1–0.5% | Fragrance | Low-level scent, sized to stay well inside IFRA guidance. |
Eight cosmetic pigments on the shelf — your colour, your brand
A2 is produced from the same base in a palette of eight approved colorants, so retail lines can run seasonal shades without reformulation:
Ranges reflect shade and batch variation. The exact INCI list for your label artwork is supplied with the product dossier; CAS numbers available on request. For rosin-sensitive end users, point them to our rosin-free Formula A1.
From one sample to your own brand on the shelf.
Consumer Grade Hard Wax starts with a sample box, not a container load. Formula and packaging decisions come after you have tested the wax on real clients.
-
01
Confirm the formula
Formula A1 is rosin-free with a 45–50 °C working range; Formula A2 is a premium rosin cream-white bead. Standard colours are Gold & Pink, with white made to order.
-
02
Order a sample box
Test melt, grip and removal on your own clients before you buy volume. This is the step most buyers skip — and the one that decides whether the formula fits your market.
-
03
Put your label on it
Our unlabeled transparent bags let you apply your own brand label with zero printing lead time. Fully printed private-label packaging is available to order.
-
04
Send us four things
With these in hand we quote in one pass instead of five emails:
- Target market & sales channel
- Expected first-order volume
- Packaging — our stock box or your own
- Logo file (AI / PDF / PNG) if branding
