Wax heaters and warmers
Ten models, from the 20 ml pocket unit to 800 ml double-pot stations. Voltage build, control type and pot size are fixed before production, not after.
AI smart nail lamp
The V2 platform: 2 MP camera, 5-inch console in 29 languages. CE and RED are held for this product and the test reports travel with the shipment.
Rosin-free hard wax
Formula A1 for facial and bikini work, melting at 45–50 °C, and Formula A2 in cream white. Formulated and poured in-house, not bought in and re-bagged.
Nose wax and kits
PW6 starter sets assembled from the same components, packed for retail or e-commerce rather than bulk.
The bench, and the room
a batch moves into.
Formulation is settled on the bench. Filling and assembly run in the clean workshop, where gowning is required before entry — the same rule applies to a buyer who comes to visit.
Every batch is poured and pulled
before it goes to the line.
Colour, melt point and elasticity are checked on the bench first. If a batch fails the stretch test, it does not reach your carton.

1 · Brief
Market, expected volume, voltage, packaging format. One page is enough to start.
2 · Sample
Three to five neutral units, or a small wax batch in the colour you are considering.
3 · Validation
Your gel on our lamp, your climate on our wax. We test before quoting a production run.
4 · Private label
Logo, colour and packaging. Lamp private label starts at 500 units; A1 wax stock ships in clear bags with no branding at all.
5 · Production
Schedule and specification confirmed in writing before material is ordered. Changes after that are quoted, not absorbed silently.
6 · Documents
Invoice, packing list and the certificates that actually apply to the product you bought — nothing borrowed from another line.

Certificates we do not hold
CE and RED are held for the AI nail lamp. For the hard wax line we do not present a certification, because we do not hold one — and we would rather say so than hand you a file that fails at customs.
Universal curing numbers
Curing depends on the gel you pair with the lamp. We validate against your product and report what we measured, not a figure that sounds good in a brochure.
Verbal exclusivity
Territory protection exists only as a written clause with a defined volume and term. A promise in a chat window is not a territory.
Lead times we cannot hold
Quoted lead time starts when the deposit clears and the artwork is approved. Before that, it is an estimate.

Do you manufacture or trade?
We manufacture. The heater, the wax and the AI lamp are built in our own plants — 5,600 m² including a Class 300,000 clean workshop.
What is the MOQ for a private-label lamp?
500 units for a private-label run, because the tooling is already made. Neutral units can start smaller for evaluation.
Can I get wax without your branding?
Yes. A1 stock ships in clear zip bags with no branding, so you apply your own label locally and skip printing lead time entirely.
Can I see the plant before ordering?
Yes. Visitors are welcome at the plant, and if travel is not practical we run a 20-minute video walkthrough of the line and the pilot bench.
