Yes. Prepare hard wax beads directly in the nonstick pot, or drop in a compatible soft wax can and heat it sealed — no decanting. Confirm the physical can dimensions when you change suppliers, as the stated volume alone does not guarantee a fit.
How does temperature control work?
Chip-based control regulates heating. Use the single rotary knob to set the working temperature anywhere from 30 °C to 125 °C, and the chipset holds it there. Follow the wax manufacturer’s instructions and check the actual wax temperature before application.
Does it have a display or touch controls?
No — and that is deliberate. The BWW5K is knob-only: a single rotary dial covering 30 °C to 125 °C, with temperature held by an internal chipset. Fewer electronic parts mean lower unit cost and lower after-sales risk.
Why is the pot rated at 450 ml while the compatible wax cans are smaller?
450 ml refers to the heater pot capacity; the compatible can format is a separate specification. Can fit depends on physical dimensions — the chamber measures Ø102 mm × 70 mm deep — so check the actual size of your cans rather than the stated volume alone.
Is the silicone bowl included?
The matching silicone bowl is an optional accessory. It allows separate bowl cleaning and helps with handling cooled wax leftovers. Specify the bowl and the required quantity when ordering, and follow the supplied care instructions.
What comes in the box?
The heater unit, a removable power cable and a user guide. The silicone bowl insert is available as an option. Bulk and unlabeled transparent packing can be arranged for importers who brand locally.
